Never in a million years did I think I’d ever have a podcast…
My friend Diane and I co-hosted a podcast called, Don’t Worry You’re Enough, from June 2021 until December 2022.
In that year and a half, I learned so much about podcasting, editing, producing, and not being afraid to share my story.
While we decided to bring our co-hosting journey to a close (we are still good friends!), I had more stories to share and so I stepped out on my own to do just that.
This podcast is about experiencing the power of storytelling and understanding that we are the main characters in our own stories in order to break free from the false narrative that has been playing in our minds. I share my life and I chat with friends about theirs on a variety of topics like relationships, Enneagram, seasons of life, + more.
Your story matters.
My story matters.
And I’ll continue to tell both.
