What is your role as a coach?
My role is to partner with you in bringing out the best, the deepest, and the truest in you. Provide safety, education, encouragement, and support; an environment where you can relax and explore.
Is coaching considered therapy?
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice.
Why the Enneagram?
The Enneagram is designed to walk you through your unique personality’s perspective. You will understand how you see the world, others, and most importantly yourself. If you participate fully, you’ll get the kind of results you desire.
What happens during coaching?
We will talk about your pain points, reflections from your week, and goals you can work on between sessions for continuous growth as well as incorporate Enneagram knowledge to help guide you in your personality.
What’s your privacy policy?
What we discuss during our Coaching Sessions stays there; your privacy is important to me and I will respect that.
Are you a counselor?
Please note I am not a licensed counselor – I am not trained to heal trauma by use of psychological methods. While the past may come up in our sessions, it’s not my job to treat trauma. We can, however, use the past to bring some clarification during our discussions.
